Seminar objectives: Basic knowledge on the subject of energy efficiency and energy saving in injection moulding. Identifying potential savings with the support of ENGEL standard control unit programs. Presentation of optional software/products.

• Introduction to the topic of energy consumption in the injection cycle
• Introduction of “ENGEL ecograph” programme
• Determining potentials for cycle optimisation
• Use of switchable equipment to avoid “switch-on” peaks
• Presentation of optional ENGEL products on the subject of energy efficiency

Prerequisites: Knowledge of injection moulding process and machine operation (ENGEL CC300/CC200)
